Art History

Art History is the road to understanding why humans have expressed themselves the way they have through out history. You can connect with art, have a reaction towards it, even create it but you cannot come to truly get it until you know more. For elementary level, I believe that students benefit from recreating art made by other artists as they learn from them. For older students, I challenge them having them only be inspired and not copying these artists. What can you see? What inspired you? How can you use that to create? I will be creating worksheets that aid this
